Again we were controlled by the weather, rain all night but the weather forecast stated it would stop at 10am. So, trusting the forecast we arranged our taxi for 10am to take us to Kynance Cove.
As we got out of the Taxi, the rain was still pounding down. This doesn't bode well, I thought, but I am not allowed to verbally say anything negative in front of Linda.....
On arriving at Kynance Cove
https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/kynance-cove we discovered it was a National Trust Site, which will be handy to park our car at tomorrow.
Although the weather was awful, you can see why this location is highly recommended.
This was the worst conditions we have had on our walks so for, OK it was not too hot like we had on the Sidmouth walk. But the overnight rain caused the paths to be a mud bath.
It was only a matter of time before one of us ends up on our bum and one of us does.....later in this blog.

| A Sample of the paths. |
As we walked the rain stopped and luckily the forecast was correct and it never started raining again on our walk.

See how the conditions improved as we left Kynance Cove

Some of the amazing scenery below.
 |
| I felt like I wanted to jump in, but common sense took over |
Now Linda and I are definitely not twitchers but on the photo below Linda was sure they looked like Puffins sat on the rock, I have my doubts but from the distance we were it was hard to tell.. You probably cannot see as I had to zoom in as much as possible.
I have tried to video the next bit as we were walking along the top of a cliff (nothing unusual there) and I noticed there was a small waterfall but the wind was so strong it was throwing the water back up the cliff. (see below)
I hope the video works as it does not for me on the preview. Fingers crossed.
We then hit Lizard point and popped into a cafe where I had a flapjack and coffee and Linda had Lemon Ice cream. Yes, Ice Cream in March!
At Lizard they had a lighthouse and what I presume is a Fog Horn, with the size of the speakers I was glad it was not operating as being this close could of been painful.

| Strange demonic rituals these Cornish people have..... |
A couple of more videos to add, if they do not work apologies, but they were too good not to try and add.
Now the part everyone has been waiting for.......which one of us fell......
 |
| It was I..... |
Now you can see where my boat slipped and had two injuries from this fall.
1. I gained a splinter right hand. (the one you cannot see).
2. My pride as I was sure Linda would be the first.....
At Cadgwith I had to up my spirits with a visit to the Local Pub.
Two Guinness for me and a Lager and G & T for Linda, we felt better.
Got speaking to a couple from Taunton who was telling us all about their holiday in Cornwall, really nice relaxed pub, we hop to visit again on Thursday.

With a little alcohol in our systems we attempted the last stretch.

| Life boat Ramp |

| I thought the lifeboat went down this, but it was just a lift to the boat. |
 |
| Any idea what this is? |
 |
| Rock slide, glad we were not on the path when that went. |
