Membury South West Coastal Walk

Again we were controlled by the weather, rain all night but the weather forecast stated it would stop at 10am. So, trusting the forecast we arranged our taxi for 10am to take us to Kynance Cove. As we got out of the Taxi, the rain was still pounding down. This doesn't bode well, I thought, but I am not allowed to verbally say anything negative in front of Linda..... On arriving at Kynance Cove  https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/kynance-cove we discovered it was a National Trust Site, which will be handy to park our car at tomorrow. Although the weather was awful, you can see why this location is highly recommended. This was the worst conditions we have had on our walks so for, OK it was not too hot like we had on the Sidmouth walk. But the overnight rain caused the paths to be a mud bath. Not sure why the App above called map "Map my Walk" thinks we ran this. Maybe Linda could but I struggled to walk it....lol. Linda had a wish to visit Lands End this year as later in the year we hope to visit John O Groats in September. We had a Caravan booked at Sea Acres Holiday park for 4 days, but this was still an hours drive to Lands End. So with our watchful eye on the weather, the day before we booked an extra night stay at a pub I held in esteem after our first visit, after we completed my first attempt of this walk on Day 1.
